How it works

Create a January–December mood curve privately, then share its story with the team.

  1. Map the year privately

Each participant draws a January-to-December mood curve and can add symbols to mark meaningful moments.

  2. Save and get ready

Drafts can be saved privately while people work. Selecting Done saves the latest graph and marks it ready for sharing.

  3. Start sharing

The host or facilitator starts the reveal flow. If some participants are not ready, a confirmation explains that their latest saved draft—or an empty graph if none exists—will be used.

  4. Tell each story

Graphs are revealed one at a time so each owner can explain the experiences behind their curve and symbols. The host advances the discussion.

  5. Reflect together

After every graph has been discussed, the exercise finishes without a scoreboard.
